2. How do I order?
You can order via the website. LocalSaskatoon clients can schedule a viewing and/or order through chicshoppecanada@yahoo.ca and view items in person or check with our Chic Shoppe Representatives that may be closer to you.

3. Do you accept orders outside of the website?

5. What are the products made of?
They are of variety. They are made of 100% cotton, rayon, venetia, or blended materials, chiffon, polyester and others.
6. What are the sizes like?
Items come in either Freesize/One Size which means it fits anyone anywhere from XS to Medium. Size S,M,L,XL,XXL,XXXL are true to Canadian sizing.
7 . If item is "sold out", do you re-stock ?
No. We maintain exclusive number per styles throughout the company. Everything is on LIMITED quantity. And back orders are not accepted.
8. What happens if item does not fit ?
All Sales are final. When in doubt to sizes, please do send us a message and we will gladly assist you in your online purchase.
9. I haven't received my shipped order yet. What do i do?
Please contact and inform us so we can provide you with the shipping, tracking and courier details. The usual cause of delay is location. You might need to call the courier and give them landmarks to your location.
10. I received a defective / wrong merchandise, what do i do?

10. I received a defective / wrong merchandise, what do i do?
Please contact and inform us right away so we can take care of this. We will provide you with the process how to go about it. Claims for any damage must be made within 24 hours upon receipt of merchandise and all damaged items returned for credit must be in the original package with all parts included.
