Easy steps :(Check out the Facebook or Website)

1. Feel free to browse through the product catalogue/albums.

2. Click the item to see the description, sizes, and prices at the bottom of the picture.

3. Prices are fixed unless placed on Sale/Clearance.

4. Everything is on a first come first served basis unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Everyone will be notified when new stock comes in if you signed up to our newsletter or be a Fan in Facebook. Check your Updates section in your Inbox regularly to get updated.

Payment Policy for Online Purchases Accepted Methods of Payment:

Shipping

All orders paid by 11am Saskatchewan time are shipped within 24 hours. All orders paid after 11am Saskatchewan time are shipped within 48 hours. In Store Pick Up is available for local Saskatoon clients and will have to be scheduled with us separately through info@chicshoppecanada.ca. Deliveries will take approximately 1 to 9 days depending where you are, and what shipping method you choose.
We use primarily STC BUS Depot to deliver orders within Canada but Canada Post is also an option. If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is a flat rate of $13 for orders shipped via (Saskatchewan Transportation Company)STC Bus Depot. . If you order more than $200 worth of merchandise, we will be contacting you for a new shipping cost based on the weight of your products, and your location. In Store Pick ups are Free of charge.

Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final. No returns and no exchanges. If you purchased online and your item is defective, you have 24 hours upon receiving your parcel to notify us. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. We will provide you with a store credit for the cost of the defective item once it has been returned.
Returns and Exchanges are not accepted without prior authorization. Please contact info@chicshoppecanada.ca for more info about returns and exchange of damage items.
